Develop Jerry's community engagement playbook for when to post, reply, or stay silent
Grow Jerry's subreddits into active, trusted communities
Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency
Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in community management or organic social
Experience ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
Strong writing ability across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
