Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop Jerry's community playbook for posting, replying, and remaining silent across platforms
Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities
Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels
Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in community management or organic social
Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
Strong native knowledge of Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
Ability to write authentically without corporate-speak
Understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
Must provide a LinkedIn profile URL and a work sample
Must answer application questions and submit a resume
