Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
Develop Jerry's community playbook for posting, replying, and engagement decisions
Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities
Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity and leveraging AI where useful
Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across channels
Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation
Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in community management or organic social
Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category
Platform-native writing style suited to Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
Understanding of SEO
Understanding of how LLMs cite sources
Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following
Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
Required LinkedIn profile URL, resume, and social media work sample
