About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Care for customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues
Answer inbound calls from policyholders
Learn and explain insurance products and the Jerry app
Resolve customer inquiries through problem solving
Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
Provide product feedback to improve the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work as a team
Strong work ethic
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
P&C license status requested in application
