About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
  • Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes
  • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry.ai app deeply
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
  • Provide customer feedback to improve the product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid P&C license status requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
