About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes
- Develop deep knowledge of insurance products, insurance carriers, and the Jerry.ai app
- Resolve customer inquiries through problem solving
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid P&C license status requested; the employer can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one
