About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal changes
- Answer inbound calls from policyholders
- Learn and navigate Jerry's insurance product and panel of insurance companies
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have or answer whether you have a valid P&C license
- Ability to work as a full-time employee
