Key responsibilities & impact

Embed within a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for the business unit end-to-end
Define business questions and the decisions they should inform
Challenge flawed questions before analysis
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface insights that move key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
Drive initiatives from insight through execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Comfortable with SQL or Python
Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
Must currently reside in one of the eligible hiring locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
