Key responsibilities & impact

Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit
Support Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships
Define business problems, questions, and decision objectives
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface insights that improve key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
Drive analytical decisions and execution from end to end

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Comfortable with SQL or Python
Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
