About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners
  • Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs aligned with partner goals
  • Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve business KPIs
  • Generate new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership deals
  • Provide actionable analysis, insights, and updates to partners and internal teams
  • Triage and resolve operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales teams to execute partnership strategies
  • Shape the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio and accelerate organizational growth
  • Report directly to the VP of Partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
  • Proven track record managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
