About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with and receive mentorship from Jerry.ai's Cofounder/CEO
- Work on high-leverage business problems supporting growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030
- Develop and help scale new businesses including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance
- Gain exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data functions
- Understand and address day-to-day challenges during a rapid growth phase
- Report directly to the CEO
- Operate in person alongside the CEO and executive team in the Palo Alto office for the first 6–12 months and until capable of operating independently
- Progress toward owning P&L for a business line
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team for the first 6–12 months
- Must reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
