About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with and receive mentorship from the Cofounder/CEO
Work on high-leverage business problems supporting growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030
Gain exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data functions
Understand and address day-to-day challenges during a rapid growth phase
Help execute big-picture strategies and navigate the complexities of a growing business
Develop toward owning P&L for a business line after successful completion of the program
Work in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team during the initial training period

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Ability to work in-person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team for the first 6–12 months
Ability to work from the Palo Alto office five days a week during the initial period
Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Ontario, Canada
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
Must be able to work as a full-time salaried employee
