About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome inbound customers who started their search in the app
- Engage customers over the phone and build trust
- Explain insurance details, policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options
- Listen to concerns and resolve hesitations empathetically
- Help customers finalize suitable insurance policies
- Maintain a positive, personal, and effortless customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment
- Empathetic communication and strong active listening skills
- Ability to connect naturally with people
- Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking
- Valid P&C license
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work without requiring visa sponsorship
