Key responsibilities & impact

Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
Assist policyholders with policy changes
Learn and match insurance products from a large panel of insurance companies to customer needs
Learn and navigate Jerry.ai’s evolving app
Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage
Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
Provide product feedback and help improve the product

What you’ll need

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
Strong work ethic
Strong problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations specified by Jerry.ai
Full-time hourly employees must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
Ability to work as a full-time employee
Valid P&C license is asked about in the application; the company can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one
