About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences

- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners
- Finalize and bind insurance coverage
- Address customer hesitation and purchasing concerns empathetically
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail
- Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
- Ability to explain complex policy details clearly
- Ability to craft tailored policy packages and finalize coverage
- P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting
- Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required
- Full-time employment
