Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments
  • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills
  • Passion for helping people
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance
  • Ability to translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices
  • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; licensing cost is fully funded
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship requirements addressed in application
