About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with policy changes
- Learn the insurance product and match customers with appropriate insurance companies and coverage
- Navigate and explain Jerry.ai’s evolving app
- Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment
- Full-time employment required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- P&C license is beneficial but not required; Jerry.ai pays for the license if needed
