About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help customers manage their car, home, motorcycle, and other insurance needs
Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for policies or requesting policy changes
Match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage
Learn and navigate Jerry’s insurance products and app
Solve problems and remove barriers to appropriate coverage
Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Friendly and positive attitude
Willingness to work as a team
Strong work ethic
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Full-time hourly applicants must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
Must answer work authorization and visa sponsorship questions
P&C license status requested
