Key responsibilities & impact

Join the central BizOps & Analytics team while embedding in a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end
Define business problems, clarify the decisions analyses should inform, and challenge flawed questions
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface data insights that improve key business metrics
Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion
Help Jerry.ai expand from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions
Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
First-principles problem-solving ability
Experience defining metrics, building reports, running analyses, and designing experiments
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
