Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end
Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis
Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface actionable insights
Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts
Drive decisions and execution that improve key business metrics
Help Jerry.ai scale from 5M to 50M customers and pursue a $10B business goal

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Analytical proficiency with Excel, SQL, or Python
Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
