About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with and receive mentorship from the Cofounder/CEO
- Build or scale one of Jerry.ai's new product verticals
- Develop product-building skills and learn how a serial founder/CEO thinks and makes decisions
- Understand the day-to-day challenges of a late-stage tech startup during rapid growth
- Collaborate across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data
- Execute big-picture strategies and navigate the complexities of a growing business
- Help accelerate growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030
- Progress toward product leadership or commercial leadership, including potential P&L ownership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, an early startup environment, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Ability to work in-person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team at least for the first 6–12 months
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Able to work full-time as a salaried employee
- Must be able to work from the Palo Alto office five days a week initially
