About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with and be mentored by the Cofounder/CEO
  • Build or scale one of Jerry.ai's new product verticals, including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, or roadside assistance
  • Accelerate growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030
  • Develop product-building skills and learn how a serial founder/CEO makes decisions
  • Gain exposure to product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data functions
  • Execute big-picture strategies and navigate the complexities of a rapidly growing late-stage technology startup
  • Work alongside the CEO and executive team in the Palo Alto office
  • Potentially progress into a product leadership or commercial leadership role, including P&L ownership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, an early startup environment, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Ability to work in-person in the Palo Alto office alongside the CEO and executive team for at least the first 6-12 months
  • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
  • Ability to work full-time as a salaried employee
