About the role

- Help customers compare 55+ insurance companies and select an affordable policy
- Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions
- Finalize customers’ insurance policies
- Deliver highly hospitable, service-oriented customer experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Retail/service background, including experience at environments such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco
- Customer-service-oriented approach focused on exceptional hospitality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and handle several tasks at once
- Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance
- Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for the full-time hourly role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required
- P&C license status requested in the application
