Embed within growth marketing, product development, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end
Define business problems, questions, and decisions that analyses should inform
Define metrics and build reports
Pull, structure, and interpret data
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface insights that improve key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations stakeholders
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python
Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
