About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
- Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end
- Define business problems, questions, and decisions before conducting analysis
- Define metrics and build reports
- Run analyses and design experiments
- Surface insights that improve key business metrics
- Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps
- Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
- Comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python
- Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
- Full-time salaried employment eligibility in the listed locations
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
