Key responsibilities & impact

Join the central Data Science & Analytics team while embedding in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships
Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit end-to-end
Define business problems, clarify the decisions they inform, and challenge flawed questions
Define metrics and build reports
Run analyses and design experiments
Surface insights that improve key business metrics
Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts
Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommended next steps
Drive analytical work through execution and measurable outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
Strong analytical skills
Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
Clear, persuasive communication skills
Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level
Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python
Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
