About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain accurate and timely Inflight Crewmember dependability and performance documentation and electronic records
  • Track and document Crewmember dependability occurrences, incentive programs, and attendance recognition
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain Coaching and Team Leader Notification Log entries
  • Partner with leadership to complete required actions within established timelines
  • Prepare and initiate Progressive Guidance documentation and route cases to the appropriate Crewleader
  • Monitor active performance and dependability cases for outstanding actions, documentation gaps, and approaching deadlines
  • Conduct semiannual quality assurance audits of Crewmember files and performance documentation
  • Serve as a resource and liaison for Inflight Crewleaders regarding processes, documentation, policies, and programs
  • Identify trends, recurring documentation issues, and process improvement opportunities
  • Partner with Base Coordinators to manage workload and operational coverage
  • Support leadership with special projects, data validation, reporting, audits, and related initiatives
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Participate in Leadership Flying as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Promote JetBlue's safety values and report safety or security concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
  • One (1) year of administrative or comparable experience
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department-specific systems and technology
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a geographically dispersed team
  • Must qualify and maintain currency as an Inflight Crewmember
  • Available for overnight travel (10%)
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Authorization to work in the US is required; position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and respond on short notice
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of administrative or comparable experience
  • Preferred: Inflight Crew qualified
  • Preferred: Experience supporting employee performance, attendance, dependability, or compliance processes
  • Preferred: SharePoint experience
  • Preferred: Experience with data reporting, audits, or quality assurance processes
  • Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture
  • The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate
