About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for JETSET Pilates franchisees regarding 360 marketing initiatives, local marketing strategy, digital marketing, HQ resources, and brand standards
  • Create and maintain local marketing guides and starter resources for studios ahead of opening
  • Adapt national campaigns, toolkits, and assets for local impact
  • Ensure studios enroll in timely marketing activities such as PR and digital marketing, track performance, and make introductions
  • Conduct franchisee assessments and recommend tactics to strengthen brand presence, member acquisition, and retention
  • Partner with new franchisees during pre-opening and presales, focusing on lead generation, conversions, and founding membership purchases
  • Deliver presales training to new franchisees and studio teams
  • Review and approve franchisee-led local activations, promotions, events, partnerships, and collaborations before launch
  • Monitor activation performance using CRM, digital channels, and studio feedback
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing policies
  • Audit franchisee social media and online presence, including Google Business Profile, Instagram, ClassPass, and Mindbody
  • Monitor digital ad spend and ROI, flag inefficiencies, and recommend reallocations
  • Compile and analyze local marketing reports and identify trends and improvement areas
  • Report findings, insights, and recommendations to the Director of Integrated Marketing
  • Partner with the New Studio Opening team on marketing playbook execution
  • Collaborate with Operations on underperforming studios through marketing diagnostics and action plans
  • Refine and optimize the franchise support program based on field learnings and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent operations/franchise experience in lieu of a specific major
  • 3-5 years of experience in field, local, or integrated marketing (franchise or multi-unit preferred)
  • Experience in franchise, retail, or fitness/health industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales-marketing integration and pre-opening campaign execution is a plus
  • Proficiency in tracking marketing KPIs, performance analysis, and reporting
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to offer proper support while maintaining rigorous standards
  • Project management and organizational skills, with experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven approach to tracking local marketing KPIs, analyzing performance, and reporting
  • Comfort enforcing brand standards and making approval and gatekeeping decisions
  • Budget and marketing spend accountability, including evaluating marketing ROI
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and exceptional customer and member experiences
