About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the preparation, delivery, follow-up, and continuous improvement of Operations training programs through Regional Training & Support Centers (RTSCs), including ORT and FBO 2
Oversee training readiness, materials, pre-work, participant communications, and training content
Facilitate and coordinate facilitation across training experiences
Maintain current and accurate training materials, presentations, facilitator resources, and supporting content
Track participant completion and follow-up; collect and evaluate participant feedback
Identify recurring questions, knowledge gaps, trends, and opportunities for program improvement
Partner with DFOs, functional SMEs, and the RTSC Office Operations Manager
Lead or support franchisee-facing workshops and development experiences
Develop, refresh, test, and roll out franchisee-facing Operations programs, systems, tools, processes, and resources
Establish and evaluate measures of training success using quantitative and qualitative data
Report program performance, findings, trends, recommendations, and next steps to the Director of Operations Programs & Development
Deliver onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development for regional pod teams
Develop scalable training frameworks, standardized materials, playbooks, facilitator guides, and train-the-trainer programs
Support consistent adoption of new operational processes, systems, and standards across regional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, operations, or a related field
Proven experience facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences
Experience developing, implementing, and refining training programs, materials, and learning resources
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, and learning management systems (LMS)
Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across departments and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions
Experience within franchising, multi-unit operations, boutique fitness, hospitality, or another service-based business preferred
Ability and willingness to travel between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets as needed
