About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Open and close down the wash room at the end of the day
Break down and clean the wash room
Thoroughly clean wash bags after each collection
Prep hash to be pressed during the work day
Clean all work areas, including the wash room, freeze dryer room, press room, sink room, and other areas used by the solventless team
Wear proper PPE and follow general lab safety guidelines
Adhere to applicable laws and regulations
Escalate issues to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Cannabis concentrates enthusiast with a strong understanding of solventless products
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment preferred
Previous experience as an extraction technician preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Ability to work well with others as a team member
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Comfortable working in a damp, approximately 40°F environment for the majority of an 8-hour shift
Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours on occasion when operational needs require additional time to complete a wash cycle
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds continuously throughout the work day
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must wear proper PPE and follow general lab safety guidelines
Must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations designated by the city, state, and Cannabis Regulatory Agency
