Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers through live chat, phone, or email

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of contact centre experience preferred
  • Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Empathy for customers and ability to address customer issues
  • Clear and effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write professional and empathetic email and chat responses
  • Curiosity and ability to ask probing questions
  • Reliability and supportiveness
  • Resilience when handling difficult problems and customer interactions
  • Confidence with technology
  • Touch-typing ability
  • Comfort navigating cloud-based software
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Successful completion of a background check, including identity verification
  • Availability for assigned Monday-to-Friday shifts
  • Willingness to work statutory holidays when required
  • Availability to attend the office at least 1 day per week according to the department schedule
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo
