About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary Sales Operations partner for an assigned sales channel or priority area
  • Serve as a thought partner to channel leaders and understand channel goals and performance drivers
  • Analyze operational issues and identify improvement opportunities
  • Make strategic recommendations and contribute to quarterly prioritization discussions
  • Investigate operational problems through stakeholder input, workflow reviews, and data analysis
  • Build fact bases, size impacts, and translate findings into recommendations with explicit trade-offs
  • Document current-state processes, requirements, owners, handoffs, dependencies, and failure points
  • Design clearer, more efficient, and scalable process improvements
  • Lead channel projects from discovery and scoping through execution, rollout, and post-launch measurement
  • Define requirements, project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution, resolve blockers, and escalate risks
  • Develop rollout plans covering communication, documentation, training, readiness, and post-launch support
  • Deliver executive-ready updates on project status, milestones, risks, decisions, and actions
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, working meetings, project updates, and launch-readiness discussions
  • Partner with RevTech, Enablement, Sales Planning, Finance, Analytics, and Sales stakeholders
  • Prepare impacted teams for new processes, tools, or expectations
  • Monitor adoption, process health, stakeholder feedback, and business impact
  • Connect project results to productivity, conversion, pipeline quality, sales cycle, or forecast accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years experience, ideally in management consulting or tech, strategy, or a business/revenue operations role
  • Experience leading client- or stakeholder-facing workstreams from problem definition through recommendation
  • Ability to break ambiguous business problems into hypotheses, test them with data and stakeholder interviews, and develop clear recommendations
  • Executive-ready written recommendations and decision memos
  • Ability to facilitate leadership discussions
  • Strong project ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Strong operational judgment and ability to decide independently or escalate appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to channel workflows
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, go-to-market, or strategic operations is nice to have
  • Experience supporting Inbound, Outbound, Account Management, or Channel Partnerships sales channels is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales technology platforms is nice to have
  • Experience with system implementations, process redesigns, user acceptance testing, or operational rollouts is nice to have
  • Exposure to sales planning, forecasting, routing, pipeline management, compensation, or performance reporting is nice to have
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Successful completion of a background check, including identity verification
  • Ability to attend the office at least 1 day per week according to the department schedule
