About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the recruitment process, from defining staffing needs through onboarding
- Organize and monitor professional development reviews, annualized working-time arrangements, and remote-work campaigns
- Monitor and update workforce planning and skills management (GPEC)
- Develop and manage the training plan, including needs assessment, budgeting, relationships with the relevant skills operator (OPCO), and post-training evaluation
- Monitor and organize mandatory and non-mandatory training
- Contribute to internal and external HR communications and organize quality of working life and working conditions (QVCT) and disability-related events
- Contribute to head-office safety in coordination with the HSE department, including reporting, the DUER (Single Risk Assessment Document), psychosocial risks (RPS), and quality of working life (QVT)
- Update job descriptions, forms, and checklists
- Monitor occupational accidents, produce related metrics, and track absenteeism
- Draft and monitor employment contracts and amendments, organize employee representative elections, and conduct legal monitoring
- Update the BDES (Economic and Social Database) and the Gender Equality Index
- Manage international assignments
- Contribute to implementing the environmental policy
- Maintain the HR database in Orchestrator and SPOT
- Produce periodic HR metrics and update the organizational chart
- Work with a three-person HR team, the HR Manager, and operational managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent qualifications/experience
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Professional or at least intermediate English, including HR terminology
- Strong listening, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience in the construction sector and/or industry within a medium-sized organization is a plus
- Regular travel required approximately once a month to the Arrou plant, project sites, or Belgium
