About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, curriculum, and cadence for enterprise AI fluency and workflow adoption
- Organize and run training, define AI capability expectations by role, identify gaps, and drive habitual AI use
- Instrument and report quantitative AI usage and capability progress
- Define and maintain enterprise standards for AI tool licensing and tooling personas
- Map roles to appropriate tools, licenses, and training paths
- Coordinate shared agentic and AI analytics foundation workstreams, including the knowledge base, agent repository, design standards, semantic layer, Power BI embed pattern, and agent backlog
- Translate technical direction into enablement and standards
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view, surface risks and dependencies, align standards, and hold owners to committed dates
- Partner on AI Week planning, content coordination, seat allocation, speaker and sponsor logistics, and post-event reporting
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development on enterprise AI fluency programs and recurring programs such as Agent in a Day, AI Coffee Chats, and the Start Here training hub
- Advise functional and technology leaders on AI workflow opportunities, tools, personas, and training
- Route substantive AI build requests to the appropriate delivery teams
- Measure enterprise AI adoption, persona coverage, license efficiency, and enablement reach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data, organizational development, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience
- At least 2 years leading enablement, training, standards, or program functions in a technology or data organization
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption of new technology across an organization and measuring adoption quantitatively
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment where delivery depends on teams the role does not own
- People management experience, or clear readiness for it
- Working fluency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent platforms
- Understanding of agentic architecture concepts, including agent design patterns, reuse and repository models, knowledge grounding, and semantic layers
- Comfort with usage and adoption analytics, platform telemetry, and executive reporting
- Strong program management capability, including dependency and risk management across multiple owners
- Ability to influence without authority
- Willingness to hold standards and reject exceptions that would erode them
- Consultative posture with senior stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences
