About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect customer sites and identify fire protection requirements
- Service, maintain, and repair fire protection and life safety systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with Australian Standards
- Complete installations, upgrades, and minor project works
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
- Relevant fire industry qualifications and licences
- Electrical licence or fire industry experience highly regarded
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Effective planning, scheduling, and time management abilities
- Sound knowledge and application of WHS requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
- Satisfactory criminal history check
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening
