About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and replace rooftop air conditioning units, AHUs and ventilation equipment
- Carry out associated ductwork, pipework, containment and mechanical installation tasks
- Support commissioning and refrigerant pipework activities where qualified
- Work from drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality installations
- Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors and project managers to deliver projects safely and on schedule
- Complete site documentation and provide progress updates
- Represent Password Services professionally on customer sites
- Travel to customer sites nationwide and work away from home when required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical installation or a related trade
- Practical hands-on installation skills and ability to use power and hand tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills
- F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable but not essential
- Experience with rooftop units, AHUs and ventilation systems is desirable
- Refrigerant pipework and commissioning experience is desirable
- CSCS, IPAF, PASMA or similar site certifications are desirable
- Willingness to learn and develop across multiple disciplines
