About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support AI and Digital Product initiatives across APAC
- Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation
- Create user stories and business requirements
- Support backlog prioritization
- Participate in sprint planning and UAT
- Define business KPIs and measure adoption
- Drive continuous product improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year IT Business Analysis experience
- 1 year exposure to AI, analytics or automation projects
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodology
- Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Data Analytics skills
- Azure AI, Prompt Engineering, and Python are nice to have
