About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment across retail environments
  • Ensure all installations and repairs are completed safely and effectively
  • Manage service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to address issues promptly and provide training on equipment use
  • Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient operations
  • Report regularly to management on customer satisfaction and service or sales opportunities identified during visits
  • Stay updated with training and certifications and apply feedback to enhance service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Possession of an EL 06 License
  • Proficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to carry and move equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders or working within ducts
  • Networking certification preferred
  • Extensive experience in installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems preferred
  • Adaptability to industry changes and a strong work ethic
