About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee allocation and orchestration of personnel and materials for installation of business customer security systems across Washington
- Develop and enhance capabilities to equip associates with skills for successful job performance and adherence to installation requirements
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and manage installation activities
- Verify procurement of necessary installation equipment
- Prepare progress reports, expense reports, and other documentation
- Assess system performance and effectiveness to reduce equipment malfunctions and improve reliability

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or equivalent training from a two-year electronic trade school

- Strong mechanical aptitude
