About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and drive commercial business strategies for assigned market segments
  • Lead pricing, incentive, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
  • Manage P&L performance of assigned global customer accounts
  • Consolidate customer and market requirements to define product roadmaps and new business pipelines
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project teams to execute roadmaps and deliver awarded programs
  • Monitor market trends and initiate new product strategies aligned with customer demand
  • Present product roadmaps and growth strategies at Annual Strategic Planning Reviews
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global customers
  • Establish and monitor global pricing strategies and recommend adjustments
  • Manage pricing risks related to raw material cost changes, exchange rates, and volume shifts
  • Coordinate tooling and fixture schedules with internal tool rooms and external vendors
  • Support margin optimization through commercial concessions and total-package business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in the Robotics or Cobot industry
  • Strong exposure to motion and drive solutions
  • Strong exposure to product design and development
  • Strong exposure to market and competitive analysis
  • Strong global customer management experience preferred
  • Engineering knowledge in micro-motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
  • Solid business acumen with strong commercial judgment
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working in international, cross-cultural environments
  • Fluency in English required
  • Mandarin Chinese preferred but not mandatory
  • Frequent international travel
