Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology) or healthcare, demonstrating exceptional achievement of sales objectives
  • A valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • Ability to sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate proper product use in the Operating Room environment
  • Ability to manage customer questions and objections consistently with product indications and sales training methodology
  • Ability to execute compliant, professional, ethical, concise, and persuasive sales processes
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations using current selling methods
  • Ability to analyze data and stay updated about market information
  • Ability to build customer relations with physicians, hospital personnel, authorized distributors, and conduct customer education seminars
  • Product, procedure, and clinical knowledge
  • Preferred: Sales performance, account targeting, daily action planning, collaboration, time management, planning, hospital-based pharmaceutical or medical device experience, operating room sales, experience selling to highly educated/high-profile customers, developing new markets, interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills, and team orientation
