About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work hands-on with cutting-edge technology in clinical settings across the country
  • Support patients with cardiac arrhythmias during their treatment journey
  • Act as the eyes of the physician during arrhythmia ablation procedures
  • Partner with electrophysiologists and EP Lab teams
  • Complete an initial 2-month training period in Guadalajara
  • Complete a six-to-nine-month training program
  • Support the Electrophysiology business using cardiac mapping and navigation technology, including the CARTO® 3 System

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • OR minimum of two years of related professional experience in engineering in a procedural hospital setting with an associate degree
  • Cathlab or EP mapping experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field preferred, including biology, biochemistry, cardiac function and interventional technology, biomedical engineering, computer science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, general engineering, health sciences, or kinesiology
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%, including overnight, local, regional, and national travel
  • Geographic flexibility with potential for relocation
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones and with standard vehicles
  • Strong technical skill set and strategic mindset
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in highly complex, global work environments
  • Ability to take initiative, set priorities, and exceed goals
