About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support downstream marketing strategy and execution for the VELYS Knee platform
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and event-based tactics
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, selling tools, training materials, and field communications
  • Coordinate content reviews and approval workflows for regulatory, legal, and brand compliance
  • Support go-to-market planning for new software and hardware releases
  • Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional inputs
  • Prepare field readiness materials, including sales training decks, quick reference guides, FAQs, and launch communications
  • Track launch milestones and flag risks or delays
  • Compile and maintain KPI dashboards and reports covering customer acquisition, utilization rates, and installed-base performance
  • Conduct market research, competitive monitoring, and customer insight gathering
  • Analyze campaign performance data and summarize actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Upstream Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations
  • Support logistics and content preparation for surgeon advisory boards, society meetings, and customer engagement events
  • Organize field feedback to inform messaging, adoption-barrier identification, and customer-experience improvements
  • Manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain repositories of marketing assets, competitive intelligence, and customer reference materials
  • Support purchase order processing, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, product management, or a related commercial function; internship or co-op experience counts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfort working with data and creating presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%, including occasional overnights and weekends
  • Preferred: internship or co-op experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry
  • Preferred: exposure to digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards
  • Preferred: familiarity with product launch processes or go-to-market frameworks
  • Preferred: interest in orthopedics, robotic-assisted surgery, or MedTech innovation
  • Preferred: experience supporting events, trade shows, or customer-facing engagements
  • Preferred: ability to work in clinical settings, including operating rooms and cadaver labs
