About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of Phase 2 and Phase 3 dermatology and respiratory trials
- Provide medical oversight for assigned studies, including eligibility guidance, medical monitoring, safety review, protocol deviation assessment, and data review
- Participate in cross-functional study teams and drive decisions, risk mitigation, and study milestones from start-up through close-out
- Develop and review clinical documents, including protocols, case report forms, operational and analytic plans, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, and publications
- Contribute medical content to regulatory submissions, briefing packages, health authority responses, and regulatory interactions
- Provide clinical expertise and scientific leadership
- Build relationships with investigators, external experts, patient organizations, and development partners
- Author abstracts and manuscripts and present clinical data and scientific information
- Support disease- and pathway-area strategy, novel outcome measure evaluation, mechanism and modality assessment, and external opportunity assessment
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, innovative, and high-accountability culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- MD or equivalent medical degree is required
- Board Certification / Eligibility (or equivalent) in dermatology, allergy and immunology, or pulmonary desirable
- Experience and clinical expertise in dermatology, allergy and immunology, pulmonology, or a closely related immune-mediated discipline strongly preferred
- Relevant clinical care or clinical research experience in an academic setting, pharmaceutical or biotechnology preferred
- Experience designing, executing, analyzing, and reporting interventional clinical trials strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and current knowledge of immunology, relevant disease biology, dermatology, allergy, respiratory medicine, clinical trial methodology, and Good Clinical Practice
- Ability to analyze clinical and scientific data, identify important issues, and communicate clear recommendations
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and matrixed teams
- Clear scientific writing, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Comfort using artificial intelligence, digital tools, and emerging technologies responsibly
- Ability to travel approximately 10–20% domestically and internationally as business needs require
