About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow the J&J MedTech Biosurgery (Adjunctive Haemostat) portfolio within key surgical Private and NHS centres in the West Midlands
  • Deliver sales growth within key centres in the territory
  • Ensure the annual sales business plan is met through sales leadership
  • Build an in-depth understanding of market dynamics within key accounts
  • Adapt strategies to maximise Biosurgery sales opportunities
  • Lead the territory through comprehensive business plans
  • Focus on high-value opportunities, new business, competitor share, new technology adoption, customer retention, and core business
  • Lead and develop accounts and manage company-customer relationships
  • Align activities and efforts to improve impact and drive growth
  • Drive internal collaboration across the Johnson & Johnson MedTech family
  • Develop key customer relationships and build advocacy for the J&J MedTech Surgery portfolio
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure resources and support are available to execute Biosurgery market strategies
  • Work closely with the Biosurgery sales team, Key Account Managers, and Commercial Excellence team
  • Report to the Regional Sales Manager for Biosurgery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of sales success within Biosurgery or the wider surgical environment
  • Extensive knowledge of NHS and Private sector markets across multidisciplinary surgical areas
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive plans and strategies
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting aims and objectives clearly and concisely
  • Influencing and business partnering skills
  • Ability to understand stakeholder requirements, analyse requirements, and develop strategies that drive technology adoption
  • Ability to become a trusted business advisor and provide solutions
  • ABPI preferred
