About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategic initiatives across Clinical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Evidence Generation, and related business functions
  • Contribute to process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness projects
  • Assist with developing, analyzing, and communicating clinical, operational, and business insights through dashboards, reports, presentations, and other tools
  • Support project planning, tracking, and coordination across clinical and evidence-generation programs
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and landscape assessments to inform business decisions and strategic priorities
  • Partner with business areas to identify needs, prioritize activities, and support project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through digital tools, automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative ways of working
  • Assist with project documentation, training materials, process maps, meeting summaries, and other business deliverables
  • Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Research & Development, Preclinical, Data Science, Marketing, and other business partners
  • Participate in special projects and assignments aligned with evolving business needs and organizational priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university during the internship
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, health sciences or a related technical field
  • Strong interest in medical devices, project management, and/or clinical research
  • Only students who have completed their sophomore year or above will be considered
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required; a GPA of 3.2 or higher is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, MS Project and Power Point
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight
  • Ability to provide their own transportation to the Raritan, NJ site
  • Experience with research, data analysis, visualization, process improvement, or project management through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; must not require sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future
