About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage VELYS U.S. programs and strategic initiatives that enhance commercial performance, operational scalability, and customer experience
  • Support commercial operational execution from funnel opportunity through activation and installation for new opportunities and customer renewals
  • Coordinate commercial deal execution processes end-to-end
  • Evaluate opportunities, manage risks, and drive business results
  • Support transition initiatives for the standalone DePuy Synthes organization through planning, process optimization, and change management
  • Develop reporting and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance management
  • Prepare executive-level business performance updates covering business performance, customer adoption, asset utilization, funnel progress, and return on investment
  • Analyze business trends to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Support operational controls and governance practices ensuring compliance, data integrity, and scalable execution
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize commercial programs, customer contract execution, and capital deployment strategies
  • Lead process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
  • Support organizational change initiatives and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Medical Devices industry
  • Strong business knowledge and acumen
  • Fluent English
  • Industry-related experience preferred in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and/or General Management in the Medical Device industry
  • Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Proven track record in delivering results
  • Self-starter with ability to manage complexity and lead through ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and own a process end-to-end
  • Detail-oriented, resilient, and hands-on
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, and Visio literacy preferred
  • Salesforce literacy preferred
