About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute EMEA communications strategy for the EP & Neuro business units, aligned to growth priorities and key milestones
- Serve as a communications partner on key business communication initiatives
- Translate business priorities into clear, compelling campaigns
- Execute integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels
- Own channel management, including HOME, DLs, and newsletter development
- Partner across regional and functional teams, including Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and global Media Relations
- Manage local external agency and freelance relationships
- Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage global reports
- Build relationships with leaders, Marketing, and content sources
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs
- Demonstrated experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
- Deep knowledge of EMEA region and specific nuances
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong IT familiarity and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with leaders, Marketing, and sources of content for Communications campaigns
