About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operation and administration of core enterprise platforms
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution
- Perform routine system monitoring, data validation, and quality checks
- Assist with user access, basic configuration, and troubleshooting
- Prepare and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing with IT and functional teams
- Document processes, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved user experience
- Handle, route, archive, retrieve, scan, and name HR documents where locally required
- Support compliance filings, audits, and onsite audit coordination where locally required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR systems support, Workday HCM, business operations, analytics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with system data
- Basic understanding of enterprise platforms, databases, or business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools
- Ability to follow defined processes and meet service-level expectations
- English proficiency required
- Minimal travel expected
- Systems, analytics, or HR technology certifications preferred but not required
