About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of global ERP deployment releases across functional workstreams
  • Develop and manage integrated deployment plans, KPIs, deliverables, and readiness activities
  • Monitor deployment progress, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution
  • Support deployment governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness assessments
  • Coordinate status reporting, executive communications, and leadership updates
  • Partner with business, technology, testing, compliance, change management, training, cutover, and hypercare teams
  • Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across matrixed global teams
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate deployment risks and cross-functional dependencies
  • Maintain executive-ready reporting and deployment health metrics
  • Promote standardization, simplification, and deployment best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployment efficiency and operational excellence
  • Develop and document Contracting, Pricing, and Billing user requirements with acceptance criteria
  • Map Contracting, Pricing, and Billing business processes, focusing on testing, reporting, and documenting findings
  • Provide Contracting, Pricing, and Billing support on best-practices implementation and rollout across regions
  • Design communication content showcasing Contracting and Pricing Customer Service team successes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree required
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and/or Program Management
  • Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation
  • Customer Service and/or Commercial Contracting, Billing, and Pricing knowledge
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or other highly regulated environments
  • English proficiency, written and verbal, required
  • Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week
  • Certifications in Project Management, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or SAP preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree, or focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Experience in testing processes, cutover planning, and hypercare support preferred
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies preferred
  • Experience leading global teams and collaborating across regions and cultures preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally
